All digital virtual items and services offered by Botarot.com are non-refundable.
Physical Items
Claims for Damaged or Defective Items
Please submit any claims regarding misprinted, damaged, or defective products within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Unclaimed Returns
Returns that are not claimed within 4 weeks will be donated to charity.
Shipping and Address Issues
Wrong Address Provided
If the courier determines that the provided address is insufficient, the shipment will be returned to us.
Customers are responsible for any reshipment costs after providing a corrected address.
Unclaimed Shipments or Wrong Shipping Address
Shipments that are unclaimed or sent to an incorrect address and cannot be reshipped will be donated to charity at the customer’s expense.
🚫 No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Special Conditions
Sealed / Hygiene-Sensitive Goods
Returns of sealed goods (e.g., face masks) are not accepted once opened due to health and hygiene standards.
Such goods will be disposed of and cannot be reshipped.
Buyer’s Remorse
Our fulfillment partner does not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.
